Laughter Cake

Yes, I've already made a Pinkie Pie cake, but that was only a test drive. I actually had to improvise with this one; a limited amount of icing, incorrect starting colors, and worst of all, lost my exacto knife so I couldn't make any small details. Oh well, next time I'll be a little more prepared.
